UISCL has achieved excellence  in manufacturing pressure tight Castings with total soundness, close dimensional  tolerances, exemplary surface finish, crystal clear letterings / monograms etc. resulting in Direct Export of Valve Castings to the European Union. Utilizing the 3-D methoding software,  consistent Radiographic quality levels are maintained in the Castings manufactured by the various moulding techniques and sand systems. In addition  to this UISCL also manufactures critical castings for Indian Railways and Heavy Earth Moving equipments. The company can also supply steel castings with Phosphorous <=0.015% and Sulphur =<0.010% against specific customer requirement.

Valves made from the castings made by UISCL are being regularly exported to various European countries like Germany, Spain and U.K.
